Dipali Sikand, Chairperson, founded Les Concierges Services Pvt. Ltd. in 1998 in Bangalore, India and quickly expanded the company’s footprint into what is probably the most extensive in the world today, with hundreds of employees located in over 400 locations globally. In 2006, Les Concierges opened its first global office in Singapore. In 2007, it opened in Dubai. All of our expansion efforts have been executed impeccably, forming a strong backbone to our global network. Based on its early successes in international expansion, Club Concierge raised significant venture funding in early 2008 in order to extend our footprint on a global basis.
Srikanth DS , CEO , has been the driving force behind the expansion initiatives and the creation of a global management team who will drive account performance. Srikanth has been working toward the creation of a global platform since 2011, and his knowledge of business processes in various markets around the world have helped lay the foundation for the Club Concierge operating infrastructure.
Nisha Lall, Vice President & COO, has extensive experience in managing global concierge programs as well as cutting edge, innovative concierge programs in the bank card space. Over the course of her sixteen-year career, Nisha spearheaded global expansion efforts 2009 and during the same period drove the integration of standard rewards program features into a concierge services offering in the bank card space, transforming the card enhancement from what had traditionally been a pure cost center into an important earn / burn feature. Over the course of her career Nisha has provided concierge program design and management services to some of the top Fortune 500 companies in the world, including IBM. Accenture, GE and more
Samar Rathore,Vice President & CTO, oversees all technology integration for Club Concierge as its Vice President of Technology as the company pursues an aggressive global roll-up strategy. In 2012, as Vice President of operations Samar designed and spearheaded the implementation of our first client luxury lifestyle portal that featured loyalty program points as a real time payment feature. Samar has also overseen a number of “heavy” integration projects over his time at Club Concierge.
Santosh K, Vice President, Product Development, has extensive experience designing enhancement product & services for premium segment customers in the Concierge space. Santosh has developed, designed and launched several premium loyalty programs for Club Concierge.. Santosh conducts market research initiatives, develops marketing & product strategy and negotiates exclusive member offers. Santosh is responsible for the development, design and implementation of the full set of premium lifestyle member benefits & services including concierge, exclusive travel services, merchandise, consultative services and unique experiences.
Youssef Fayez, CEO & VP, North Africa and Middle East Over 12 years’ experience travel and concierge-related services. With a B.S. in business management from Canada, and over 10 years of project and operational analysis experience at senior levels at Egypt’s leading travel company, Youssef gained a wealth of experience as CEO of Eastmar, a bespoke luxury travel and accommodations company in Cairo
